About Icon Tower Two

Tower Two opened its doors in early 2010. During preconstruction, Tower Two had the highest bank release price, due in part to the south side of the tower that features unobstructed SE views towards Key Biscayne. Located on the SE side of the 10-acre property, the focus of the lobby is Mary Brickell Park to the South and Biscayne Bay to the East. The 561 Unit Tower’s lobby is smaller than Tower One, but features a more intimate setting with its “Alice in wonderland” chess room and Philippe Starck designed sitting area by the fireplace. Each floor in Tower Two has 11 units featuring Jr. 1bed, 1bed, 2bed, 2bed + Den, and 3bed units. There are no studios in Tower Two. The large 1bed layouts (G, G-REV) are the most spacious among the three towers, featuring oversized bedrooms and direct bay views. The SE side of the Tower has unobstructed views towards Key Biscayne. The NE of the Tower overlooks the Icon pool deck w/partial bay views towards Miami Beach and “Cruise ship” alley. Tower Two residents access the spa and fitness center through a private entrance on the 14th floor. Tower Two also features a party room and located on the 15th floor. The 2-acre pool deck can be reached by exiting on the 15th floor. Tower Two Units include 1 parking space and 1 valet space (except for studios which have 1 garage space).

 

TOWER TWO FLOOR PLANS

Tower Two features 11 different floor plans. The floor plans on the South Side of Tower Two have the best views – unobstructed towards Biscayne Bay. Starting with the “A” Line 3-bed/2-bath, you have walls of glass facing towards Key Biscayne and Fisher Island (one of the most expensive zip codes in the US). Many buyers prefer the “B” or B-REV” Line, which also features unobstructed bay views and a large den area that can be converted to a 3rd bedroom. One of my favorite lines in all of Icon is the 02 or “D” Line – found only in Tower II, the 02 Line is the largest 2-bed in Icon at 1,654 sq. ft. Most unit owners of the 02 Line knock down the wall in the den opening the space up – making it full of natural light. The 04 or “C” Line is the most open 2bed/2bath layout, and is preferred among renters. Finally, the 1-bed/1-baths in Tower 2 have the best exposures, with the “G” and “G-REV” facing directly SE towards the bay, and the smaller “H-REV” line facing NE towards Miami Beach. The entry level 2bed/2bath “F” Line is a great option for those seeking direct bay views in a compact unit.
